Yale Weblogs can be viewed by the general public.

We have requested that search engines not index the Yale weblogs.
While some may ignore our request, most search sites will not index your

Can I set up a blog for my department / student group / academic
project?
Yale Weblogs is designed for personal use only. Each person with
a Yale netid can set up an account, but accounts cannot be shared and
one person cannot have multiple accounts.
What are the Web browser versions and settings that are required
to use Yale Weblogs?
It is recommended that you use a current version of Internet Explorer,
Netscape, Mozilla, Firefox, Safari, or another major browser. Browser
cookies, JavaScript, and CSS must be enabled in order for Yale Weblogs
to function properly. These features are on by default in most browser
applications. If you have disabled any of these functions please see your
browser documentation for assistance re-enabling them.
Can I change the look of my weblog?

new theme or modify an existing theme, please see the Themes section of
the Yale Weblogs User Guide.
Can I use a blogging client with Yale Weblogs?

Who created Yale University Weblogs?
Yale University Weblogs was designed and is maintained by ITS. Yale Weblogs
uses a modified version of the Roller
Weblogger, "weblogging software designed to be installed on a
server and used by multiple weblog authors. Roller is open source software
and is written in Java."
